As the number of multinational companies continues to grow and the adoption of Go-Out policy by Chinese companies, going international has become the most overwhelming business strategy for organizations of all kinds. The needs for international talents and then the cross culture and language issues become an important agenda of HR departments. We have received increased volume of requests on international interns to perform HR, recruiting, administration and other supporting functions. The tasks can be as basic as team building and preparing language & culture sessions and to senior level such as interviewing and recruiting, coaching and human resource planning. Interning this field with either a Chinese company or a western one is truly a wonderful experience for anyone who is interested in human resource and cross-culture management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support HR department to secure smooth daily operation process, such as employee onboarding etc;

  • Checking, filing and recording the employee profiles;

  • Ensure completion and integrity of employee information;

  • Generate employee labor contracts and other documents as required;

  • Support Employee Relationship Activities;

  • HR related information consolidation and database maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Able to work 3+ days per week;

  • College study in HR or related fields, has a passion for people;

  • Detail oriented and with good communication skills

It provides information strategic planning, enterprise process re-engineering and professional services of information system construction to build an advanced and efficient business information management platform. Main Responsibilities:

  1. HR Project management and implementation of SAP;

  2. Application specific solution consulting;

  3. Stay updated with latest HR product features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System Management or HumanManagement relevant discipline;

  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of customers, partners, and colleagues.
